Voting at Meetings of Members
3.11 Voting Privileges – Members will have the following voting rights at all meetings of Members:
a) Regular Members eighteen (18) years of age and older may attend and participate in meetings
of members and are entitled to one (1) vote.
b) Regular Members younger than eighteen (18) years of age may appoint one parent or legal
guardian who may attend and participate in meetings of members and is entitled to one (1)
vote.
